Silverio Construction uses the services of select electricians & plumbers. These sub-contractors are fully licensed & insured and perform quality work. All phases of workmanship meet and/or exceed Massachusetts State Code.

• Plumbing - showers with single and/or multiple showerheads, toilets, tubs, Jacuzzis, whirlpools, pedestal sinks, vanity & sink.

• Electrical - Recessed lights, ceiling and/or wall light fixtures, dimmers, ceiling fans, hard wired smoke & carbon monoxide detectors, updating of existing electrical panel & upgrading to 200 amp service.

• Heat - Installation of new furnaces & boilers for forced hot water, hot air, electric, or toe kick heaters.
